Daniel Chouinard

Biography

Daniel Chouinard is currently a senior at the Berklee College of Music, studying Cello Performance and Contemporary Writing. He has been playing cello for almost 10 years, and was classically trained until his arrival at Berklee. During that time he performed with the Denver Young Artists Orchestra in Colorado. During his time at Berklee, Daniel has expanded greatly in ability, as well as in professional experience. He has had hundreds of hours in recording studios as a session cellist and bassist; currently teaches with the non-profit organization City Strings United in Roxbury; and also released his debut Jazz EP Pebble Park in late 2021. He continues to prepare to graduate and begin his full time professional freelance music career.
