Welcome to Horus Academy's Music School! Before you enroll in our classes or use our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. 1. Enrollment

1.1. Enrollment Eligibility: Horus Academy's Music School is open to individuals of all ages and skill levels. You must meet any specific prerequisites or age requirements for the particular courses you wish to enroll in.

1.2. Registration: To enroll in our music school, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in the termination of your enrollment.

1.3. Payment: Tuition fees and payment schedules will be provided upon registration. Payment must be made according to the terms specified, and all fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

2. Lessons and Curriculum

2.1. Curriculum: Horus Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses, schedules, and curricula at its discretion.

2.2. Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for your progress. Make-up lessons may be available for missed classes under specific circumstances, as detailed in our attendance policy.

2.3. Conduct: We expect all students to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action or expulsion.

3. Privacy Agreement

By enrolling in Horus Academy's Music School, you consent to the following privacy agreement:

3.1. Contact Information: You agree to provide accurate contact information, including but not limited to your phone number, email address, and mailing address, during registration.

3.2. Communication: You consent to being contacted by Horus Academy via phone, email, or text message for the sole purpose of discussing school matters, including, but not limited to, course updates, scheduling, billing, and other administrative communications.

3.3. Opt-Out: You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting our school office or using the unsubscribe link in our email communications.

4. Termination

4.1. Termination by Horus Academy: We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions or any disruptive behavior, without refund.

4.2. Termination by Student: If you wish to withdraw from our music school, please notify us in writing. Refund eligibility will be subject to our refund policy.

5. Liability

Horus Academy and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while attending our music school. Students and their parents/guardians are responsible for their personal belongings and instruments.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
