As part of our commitment to celebrating and highlighting the vibrant life within our institution, we would like to seek your consent to capture and use photos and videos of your child for promotional and educational purposes.

Purpose of Media Use

By signing this consent form, you agree to allow us to:

• Capture photos and videos of your child during school events, activities, and regular school days.

By Filling the form below, you hereby grant Horus Academy permission to use photos and videos of your child as described above. You understand that these images may be used in the manner outlined, and you waive any rights of compensation or ownership regarding the media produced.
