1 Consent (via Registration Checkbox)

• During online registration (and any paper enrollment), families are presented with a dedicated Media Consent checkbox. Selecting this checkbox provides written consent for Horus Academy to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photos, audio, and video of the student for educational and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, printed materials).

• The checkbox is not pre‑checked and not required for enrollment.

• If consent is not granted (box left unchecked), we will flag the student account as Media Opt‑Out and make commercially reasonable efforts to exclude the student from captured or published media content.

2 Limits

• We will not publish personal contact details without additional express permission.

• No monetary compensation is provided for use of media.

3 Opt‑Out

• To opt out, email info@horusacademy.com; we will honor opt‑outs on a going‑forward basis. Previously published materials may remain in archival or historical contexts.
